Senior Principal Customer Success Leader, Core Platform

Salesforce, Inc. is looking for a Senior Principal Success Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-value customers achieve a significant return on their investment in the Signature Success Plan. This position is critical in coordinating deliverables, aligning business values with technical goals, and managing complex customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of industry experience, especially in Customer Success with Salesforce Core platforms. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels will be essential for success in this role.
