What you’ll do
Design, simulate, layout, and validate advanced GaN and GaAs MMIC products for high-power amplifiers and RF/microwave subsystems
Define MMIC specifications based on system-level requirements and trade-off analyses
Use industry-standard tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, AXIEM) for linear, nonlinear, and EM analysis
Support lab validation including S-parameters, output power, efficiency, noi...
