Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Process Analyst for their Richmond, VA location.
Responsibilities:
Support the team with designing, developing, and managing plans in a complex, dynamic environment Tracking and resolving process breakdowns Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving process improvements Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams Keep the process and team well managed by documenting evidence of key process steps and keeping process documentation up to date Keep process stakeholders informed of status of process steps Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments Exhibit a track record of process oversight and ownership of suggesting improvements in the process Demonstrate a rev...
