About The Role:
The Senior Process Engineer leads plant discussions and investigations to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance. Through data analysis, field measurements, and conversations with employees are able to diagnose issues and develop solutions. As an influencer able to move the plant towards greater performance.

What You'll Accomplish:
- The Senior Process Engineer provides technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions. Understands strategies, priorities, and optimization techniques that assist the plant in attainment of plant and company objectives.
