Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead / assist in the design and preparation of specifications for metallurgical process plants
- Have a high level of technical understanding in extractive metallurgy
- Lead / assist in the cost estimation (capital and operating) of projects to evaluate their economic feasibility
- Advise operations personnel on process changes required to optimize or expand pre-existing circuits
- Interact with Clients / Client’s representatives to ensure quality and cost-effective deliverables in a timely manner
- Have an understanding of diverse cultures and/or complex environments given the international nature of the business
- Coordinate the collection of suitable samples for metallurgical test work purposes
- Accountable to provide designated process engineering teams with appropriate quality and best practice in process engineering
