- SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER.
- Functions / Tasks - Specific:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with secondary assembly
- In depth knowledge of following process:
- o Robotic / Automated assembly
- o Manual assembly
- o Experience with welding
- Ultrasonic welding
- Infrared welding
- Vibration welding
- Hot plate welding
- o Punching / Trimming
- o Laser scoring
- General knowledge of automotive industry requirements:
- o Project management skills
- o Program launch experience
- o Work in a team environment
- o Quoting of capital and tooling investments
- o Ability to write specifications for capital and tooling investments
- o Ability to interact with other departments involved in program
- o Knowledge of industrialization documents / software
