Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Leading process innovation, improvement, technician coaching and capability growth，带领进行工艺流程创新，技术指导和革新以及能力的成长
Heavily involved in NPI and continuously improve production processes(including machining).重点关注NPI 新品和量产的工艺改善
Develop and implement new processes or major changes to existing processes.Create and maintain documentation ,Troubleshoot and mass production support.开发和执行新的工艺变更，文件支持，现场问题解决。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

NPI support such as feasibility study，DFM,C/T quotation， tooling study and preparation
主要负责 装配新产品开发试产的支持：比如可行性评估，DFM,工时报价,工装分析和准备等
2.
Supportdocumentationforproductionsuchas PFC/WI/FMEA/…and on line issue handling support on connector and cable assembly parts
主要负责电缆组件产品的量产生产需要的PFC,WI PFMEA的文件准备，以及现场问题支持解决
3.
Leading and support cable assembly line problem solving
主要负责电缆组件连接器的现场量产工艺的支持 和问题解决
