:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to manage software assets and procurement, renewals, contracts, vendor updates, and workflows.
What You'll Be Doing:
Create and track requests for new and existing software/subscriptions including monitoring approvals and procurement processes.
Manage upcoming renewals and contract dates and act as the procurement point of contact for engineering software and technical library vendors.
Analyze purchasing requisitions for accuracy and prepare contracts for legal review.
Create new vendor and vendor update requests.
Assist in vendor negotiations.
Assist with budget management.
Provide asset management and procurement support to the Engineering Systems team.
