At ING we are looking for a Senior Product Expert to join our Insurance Team within the Insurance Tribe. The team deploys insurance products that aim to change how people feel about insurance, with personal, fair and transparent propositions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Auto Insurance as a Senior Product Expert.
• Promote and position our insurance in the market and support ING’s profitable growth with demanding commercial targets.
• Own end‑to‑end responsibility for delivering reliable & innovative products and services that meet customer needs, boost sales and leverage brand.
• Act as the “Business Guardian” to ensure products comply with risk, compliance and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders to align initiatives with ING Spain’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, especially involving insurers and ING assisted channels.
