Senior Product Manager, Lending and Customer Experience
Sydney CBD, four days in office, Friday flexible.
Circa $180k plus super plus bonus.
Most senior product roles at a lender quietly turn into delivery management. You arrive to own strategy and end up running a squad. This one is built the other way round.
The business is a profitable Australian fintech lender helping small businesses get finance faster and with less friction. It is scaling, it funds its roadmap from trading rather than the next raise, and it is still investing in the product, broker and customer experience rather than treating them as finished.
You report to the COO and own the what and why. Product strategy, the roadmap, customer and broker experience, competitor insight and commercial prioritisation.
