About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the most ambitious bets at CoLab: building AI‑powered review systems that help engineering teams identify issues before they become expensive downstream problems.

This team owns AutoReview — the capabilities that proactively surface risks, patterns, missing context, and engineering concerns across complex design workflows. The goal isn’t to replace engineers. It’s to help them make better decisions, faster, using the collective knowledge generated across every review inside CoLab.

This is a difficult product problem. You’ll be operating at the intersection of AI, engineering workflows, enterprise trust, and product usability. The hard part isn’t simply building AI features — it’s building products that technical teams actually trust enough to use in high‑stakes environments.
