Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will own the exchange product end-to-end — from order book mechanics to regulatory‑compliant user journeys. This is a high‑ownership role in a fast‑moving, regulated environment. You will drive with clarity, influence without authority, and ship product that matters.

What You’ll Own

• Own the full product lifecycle for trading features — spot, order book, matching engine UX, and trade execution flows. You set the vision, write the specs, and see them through to production.
• Stakeholder management – Drive alignment across Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development. You manage up, across, and outward — including with regulators and external partners when needed.
• Regulatory product design – Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions. You understand that compliance is a product constraint, not someone else’s problem.
