Senior Product Manager, Trust & Security

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Ryt Bank’s Trust and Safety Pod, owning fraud and scam prevention, AML and CFT controls, and secure, low‑friction authentication and account access. You will work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud Ops, Customer Support, Data, and external vendors to ship controls that reduce losses, meet regulatory expectations, and keep genuine customers moving.

What you will do

• Own the Trust and Safety roadmap and delivery across fraud, scams, AML and CFT, authentication, and account recovery, translating risk and regulatory requirements into product capabilities.
• Work closely with the onboarding product team to define best‑in‑class authentication services and experiences across onboarding, login, step‑up, and recovery, applying necessary friction only where it materially reduces risk.
