As an advanced role in Creation Technologies production department, the Senior Production Tech (DL) performs complex technical activities on the production floor, drives innovation, and ensures compliance with highest quality and compliance standards. This senior position requires extensive technical knowledge, leadership in solving technical problems, and a tactical approach to enhancing plant manufacturing processes. The role is central to mentoring level 1 and 2 production techs and fostering a culture of excellence. It’s designed for
