Senior Program Controls Analyst - ISA

This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. Primary focus is on Sector program reporting


As the Senior Program Controls Analyst - ISA, your main responsibilities will be:

Earned Value Management

Cost and schedule management 

Manage and monitor program budget execution

Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and PMO staff. 

Ability to quickly analyze data and provide recommendations to program team

Prepare financial information for CDRLs briefings, presentations, and status reports 

Prepare and submit reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).

Partner with Program Managers to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
