Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the management and monitoring of transformation projects and cross-functional programs in collaboration with different Functional Workstream Leads and Project Managers. He/she assists the Workstream Leads in resolving roadblocks and problem solving and ensures the implementation of project dashboards, progress monitoring and vendor performance assessment to ensure successful program delivery of hospital-wide transformation programs aligned with its objectives

and scope.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's transformation objectives and strategic goals.
