Senior Program Manager, Talent Management

Summary

We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Management to join our growing Talent Development & Learning Team. This role will be located in one of our Canadian hubs (Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary).

We design high-impact learning solutions that empower our people to excel now, while building the strategic programs—from leadership development to talent systems and coaching—that support our talent at different phases of their career journey.

What you’ll work on

• Program Ownership: Lead the execution, and continuous improvement of core talent management programs, inclusive of our annual talent systems cycle (feedback, goal-setting, talent reviews, calibration, and development planning), career development, and succession planning process.
