Senior Project Architect — Industrial Development Lead

JOB SUMMARY

As part of the Architectural Project Management team, you will act as an important enabler in helping the Company achieve its goal to be the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects. Your work scope includes handling projects from design to completion stage, project and contract management including handling of project tenders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matter.
• Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings.
• Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team.
• Directing the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations.
