Senior Project Controls / PMO Lead

A major, regulated infrastructure organisation is investing heavily in a multi-year capital programme and is strengthening its PMO / Project Controls capability.

We’re recruiting a Senior Project Controls Lead to provide controls leadership across aplex programme of work, ensuring disciplined forecasting, change control,ernance and assurance.

This role suits a Project Controls professional who enjoys being close to delivery teams, can confidently challenge performance, and can translate cost / schedule information into clear insight for senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

Embedding proportionate project control processes across a defined programme / workstream

Leading regular performance and “project health” sessions with delivery teams, bringing challenge and supporting solutions

Ensuring robust adherence to controls including financial forecasting, change control, RAID, milestone management and progress measurement
