A rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s most design-focused developers and play a key role across major multi-stage residential and mixed-use projects from DA through to delivery.
This position sits at the centre of development, design and construction — working closely with internal stakeholders and leading external consultants to drive high-quality project outcomes across some of Sydney’s most significant precinct developments.
You’ll be heavily involved in coordinating architectural, structural and services consultants, managing design documentation, overseeing value engineering initiatives, reviewing buildability outcomes and ensuring projects progress efficiently through planning, procurement and construction phases. The role also requires strong exposure to Class 2 projects, public domain/VPA coordination and complex multi-stage developments.
