We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Civil to support the successful delivery of key packages on a major infrastructure project in Auckland. This role blends strong on‑site leadership with planning, cost control and commercial capability to drive predictable outcomes across time, cost, quality and safety.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead, develop and manage a high‑performing multi‑disciplinary site team (engineers, supervisors, subcontractors) by fostering accountability, strong communication and a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with project objectives and consistent delivery standards.
