Senior Project Engineer / Manager
Civil Infrastructure | Sydney, NSW | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | $140,000 – $180,000
IBG is working with an established infrastructure services contractor to appoint a Senior Project Engineer / Manager into its Sydney transport infrastructure team. The role leads pre-delivery activities across a road asset portfolio - bridges, culverts, slopes and pavements - under a long-term government performance contract.
It sits between design and construction: translating engineering intent into client-ready outcomes while managing schedules, risk, documentation and delivery readiness. This is a 12-month fixed term position covering a parental leave absence, with potential for ongoing engagement at conclusion of the contract. The role requires a high degree of autonomy across client relationships, technical delivery and team coordination.
