Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in managing luxury villa or VIP residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver prestigious villa developments on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage all site activities for VIP villa construction projects.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and material usage.
