Job Description
- Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager and providing regular updates on project progress, technical challenges, and team development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior project engineers, focusing on developing their technical competence, independent project handling capabilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Guide junior engineers through the full project lifecycle – from planning, design review, and procurement coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning – ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
- Actively train and coach project teams on technical aspects of electrical switchboard systems, power distribution solutions, and related equipment to enhance their engineering knowledge and decision-making ability.
