Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager on the planning and implementation of property development and business development
- Must be able to liaise with all appointed consultants and authorities
- Coordinate and review the design submitted by various consultants
- Coordinate and organize for authorities’ submission for various authorities
- Must be able to liaise with site team(s) and contractor on design issues, inspection, and quality control.
- Coordinate and monitor the project implementation to ensure the project to be completed within budget and approved timeframe, with acceptable quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture/Building/C&S Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in property development/ consultancy firms
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
