Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifespan end-to-end project management and utilise knowledge of civil, structural for the projects.
• Liase with external design consultants, main contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and rectify civil & structural matters on site.
• Perform meticulous reviews of structural schematics and shop drawings to preemptively resolve spatial clashes or architectural discrepancies.
• Critically evaluate the construction methods, logistical layouts, and operational sequences proposed by contractors.
• Project documentation, planning and cost-control.
