Title: Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction
Location: Dallas, TX
Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the full lifecycle delivery of next-generation data center developments. You will have total ownership over major regional projects, driving everything from engineering design reviews to Level 1–5 commissioning; ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and built to the highest design standards.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead projects from greenfield new builds to complex, multi-phased expansions.
- Drive Project Controls: Own the heavy-lifting back-office work, including monthly forecasting, budgeting, RFPs, and change orders via Procore.
