Job Description
- We have the immediate need for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager on large Industrial/Aerospace projects with Procore & Bluebeam.
- We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial/Aerospace High Bay Construction Projects and Five years as a Senior Construction Project Manager.
- Must be experienced in leading field staff project team, Lean Construction/Pull Plans, proficient with Reading Drawings, Writing subcontracts, Project Buyout, Change Order Management, Processing Submittals/RFIs, expediting submittals, material/equipment, procurement and working with Project Superintendent.
