Senior Project Manager (Mississauga)

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day oversight of the design of project(s) to ensure design and construction meet Waterfront Toronto’s objectives for Design Excellence, Quality of Place, and the Corporation’s Sustainability Framework.
• Support consultant and contractor procurement and apply lessons learned when completing procurement efforts.
• Administer contracts and agreements with project vendors and suppliers and continuously report on progress to plan using Waterfront Toronto dashboard reporting and other reports as required.
• Oversee the production of all project deliverables, including design drawings, construction documents, compliance with applicable standards and regulations and environmental approvals for assigned consultants.
• Review all planning and design documents and provide day-to-day support in the management of securing all necessary approvals from regulatory authorities such as the Toronto Building Department, E...
