Senior Project Manager - Mitigation Banking

**Description** Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Environmental Services Global Practice in our Kansas City, MO office to support the continued growth of our National Mitigation Banking business line. This role will lead strategic planning and business development efforts across both existing and emerging markets while driving project origination and financial underwriting activities. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mitigation banking projects, including site acquisition, entitlement and environmental permitting, as well as construction, implementation, and long-term management.
