Senior Project Manager – Payroll Systems

Our client in mining is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager on contract basis to lead and oversee the successful delivery of strategic payroll transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end payroll implementations and upgrades, with specific experience in SAP ECC Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors.

Hybrid work model, 3 days per week at the office with flexibility. Must be willing and able to work in alignment with Brazil business hours when required. Ability to speak Portuguese will be a bonus.

Requirements:

• PMP or similar project management certification is a must have.
• Proficient in MS project or other PM scheduling tools.
• Highly experienced in the application of project governance and working within a PMO environment.
