What you’ll do:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, spanning technology, business process, and organization change ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, timelines and financial targets. 
Drive integrated planning and execution across people, process and technology ensuring the solutions are aligned to operational realities across the CRS.
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners, fostering alignment, ownership, and clear accountability for delivery outcomes.
Drive clear, audience-tailored communication and contributes to continuous improvement of project management practices.
Ensures clear, timely communication and stakeholder alignment by leading reporting, governance forums, and vendor negotiations to ensure project expectations, deliverables, and changes are effectively managed.
