SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Job Purpose

Steer complex EPC/EPCM projects through all phases—front-end engineering (FEED), detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning—while safeguarding schedule, budget and quality.

Key Accountabilities

1. Project Planning & Mobilization

• Lead development of FEED deliverables: Basis of Design, PEP (Project Execution Plan), PSSR (Pre-Start Safety Review).
• Establish WBS, RACI matrix and master schedule (integrated across design, procurement, site).
• Onboard consultants, vendors and key subcontractors; ensure contract terms align with scope and risk allocation.

2. Execution & Performance Monitoring

• Coordinate internal and external interfaces: technical disciplines, construction, logistics, client teams.
• Chair weekly progress meetings, oversee action-item closure, track Earned Value and schedule variance.
