Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major development projects from inception to completion, ensuring homes are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality.
- Take day‑to‑day responsibility for the Luckwell Road project , working closely with contractors, Clerk of Works, internal teams and external partners.
- Manage contracts, budgets, risks and reporting , ensuring compliance with BP requirements, building regulations, CDM and Homes England standards.
- Provide technical expertise , respond to design or specification changes, and oversee feasibility assessments, appraisals and procurement.
- Build strong, productive relationships with contractors, design teams, colleagues, and community stakeholders .
