About the Role

This role supports end-to-end project coordination across a diverse portfolio, ensuring governance, high-quality reporting, and delivery are executed efficiently. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and contracts while maintaining strong communication and high-quality documentation.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Strong planning, financial analysis and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies.
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.
  • Ability to build trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • At least 5 years of administrative/project coordination experience
