Senior Property Accountant - Vantaca Specialist

**What We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a remote Sr.
Property Accountant with significant real estate accounting and Client facing experience leveraging **Vantaca** software.
In this position you will be the main contact for our Clients, help oversee & manage the monthly bookkeeping, and ensure accuracy across a portfolio of Clients.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years experience working with Vantaca **(required)**:
- 2+ years overall experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
