Job Description

An established and highly regarded law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Property Litigation Lawyer to join its specialist dispute resolution team.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes such as lease interpretation, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears, break notices and lease renewals. The role will also involve advising on property ownership disputes, including co-ownership and TOLATA claims, boundary disputes, rights of way, easements and restrictive covenants, as well as adverse possession and title issues.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in property litigation
Experience of handling complex, high-value matters independently
Excellent communication and client management skills
Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
