Senior Property Manager

DMS Property Management, Division of Tribe Management Inc., is  Canada's largest provider of property management services, is looking to add a Senior Property Manager to  the management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of properties and a staff of property managers and site field staff.

This position will be based in the GTA.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager in clude but are not limited to: Responsibilities Management of an assigned portfolio Cost management of operating Expenses, Rent collection and arrears management, Purchase order processing and contractor management, Client management, Management reporting, Lease administration, tenant liaison, maintenance management, Work Order Processing and Administration, Preparing annual operating and capital budgets, Lead and mentor a team of Property Managers, site and administrative staff.
