Senior Proposal Quality Engineer

**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Engineer (QE) to manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements when creating proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
This role will support both Proposals / BOE and all aspects of Quality development programs, including proficiency in proposals, Request for Proposal (RFP), Basis of Estimate (BOE), contract review, production operations, and program quality engineering support.
This role will require an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions applicable to hardware, software, systems, suppliers / sub-contractors, and customers.
