Senior QA Engineer - NeoLoad Test Automation Lead

The Senior Test Automation Engineer will play a critical role in enhancing Test Automation solutions for the Client’s applications and platforms including the SupTech program, Payments & Reporting platforms and related technology stacks within a modern DevSecOps delivery pipeline. This role encompasses analyzing technical and functional designs, defining test strategies, designing and implementing automated test frameworks and test cases (UI, API, Mobile App, Integrations, Performance Testing), and ensuring high quality, reliability and security of software deliveries.

The engineer will drive continuous improvement in test automation practices & tooling to meet the Client’s quality objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize test coverage, execution efficiency and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
