Job Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic room‑by‑room defect inspections on completed renovation projects (internal) and newly completed or resale units (external clients).
• Use specialized tools to identify and document defects.
• Perform tile‑tapping tests, electrical socket testing, door/window alignment checks, and structural crack analysis.
• Mark defect locations physically with color‑coded stickers for client/contractor reference.
• Photograph each defect with high‑resolution images, noting location, measurement, and severity classification (critical, moderate, cosmetic).
• Record all findings in a structured defect log. ...
