We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Manager to lead testing strategy and execution for a large-scale compliance system implementation. This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and a third-party vendor to ensure a successful, on-time rollout of a mission-critical application. This is a high-impact, fast-paced effort requiring a strong mix of test strategy, hands-on execution, and stakeholder coordination. Test Strategy & Planning Develop overall test strategy document Define testing types, environments, entry/exit criteria Create test schedule aligned to project timeline Test Case Development Write test cases/scripts Cover: functional, integration, regression, negative/edge case, security, data validation Test Environment Coordination Work with AirBadge and Delta teams to confirm test environments ready Coordinate test data (sample SSNs, PPRs, candidate records, SAP files) Validate scanner connectivity...
