Senior Quality Controller

Role Overview

An established food manufacturing business is seeking a Senior Quality Controller to ensure that all products meet strict quality and safety standards throughout the production process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong quality control experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and test the quality of all incoming raw materials, including maize grit, vegetable oil, and flavourings (assessing size, cleanliness, taste, smell, and colour).


• Conduct continuous quality checks on production processes, including extrusion, frying/baking, and flavour application.


• Inspect packaging processes to ensure accuracy in seals, labelling, date stamps, product matching, and weight compliance.
