Join a Leading Construction Team Delivering Landmark Projects Our client, a highly respected building contractor , is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cape Town team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of large-scale multi-storey residential developments and high-end commercial and residential fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities Full project cost management from inception to final account. Preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans. Measurement, pricing, and preparation of bills of quantities. Procurement and subcontractor management. Evaluation and certification of subcontractor payments.
