A leading and highly respected building contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on prestigious luxury apartment developments along Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven professional with extensive experience in managing the financial and contractual aspects of high-end residential construction projects. Minimum Requirements: BSc Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Minimum 8-10 years' experience with reputable building contractors. Proven experience on luxury apartment, high-rise residential, or premium mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts, cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, and final accounts. Excellent commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
