We’re looking for an experienced, detail‑driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the commercial success of our projects. If you’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and have a strong grasp of NEC contracts and construction processes, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, monitoring performance, resolving disputes, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Lead post‑contract commercial management including budgets, forecasting, CVRs, cost reporting, and final accounts.
- Manage change control, maintain financial impact assessments, and measure variations from revised drawings.
