Senior Quantity Surveyor (Mississauga)

The Senior Quantity Surveyor plays a key role in the commercial management of major infrastructure works within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This position is responsible for cost planning, contract administration, change management, and financial reporting across the full project lifecycle, supporting the delivery of sub-programs such as Airfield Civil & Electrical, Interim Infrastructure, GHG, and Priority Projects.

Working within a progressive design‑build environment, the Senior QS ensures accurate cost control, proactive risk management, and alignment with target price objectives, while supporting collaborative decision‑making across design, construction, and commercial teams.
