Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tender & Cost Control

AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a QS Manager in Singapore with a background in Construction. The role requires preparing tender and contract documents and managing various project-related responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in Structural/Façade work. A Degree or Diploma in QS or a related engineering field is required, along with proficiency in Chinese to interact with clients.
