Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tender & Cost Management

KM Design & Contract Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities, handling progress claims, coordinating with clients and contractors, and certifying works done. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. This position may require Saturday work as needed. Proficiency in cost management software is preferred.
