Oleares is a real estate development company delivering high-quality residential projects across Spain. As we scale our pipeline, we are looking for a practicing Architect to step into a Senior Projects Manager role – someone who can hold a growing portfolio of simultaneous developments with full command of design, execution, and commercial delivery.

What You'll Manage

• Portfolio-level oversight of multiple residential projects in parallel (~100 units each), across Barcelona and Valencia
• Lead the design phase across all projects – directing architects, coordinating consultants, and driving municipal and planning approvals
• Own technical review of design documentation, specifications, permits (licencias de obra), and quality standards across the portfolio
